Youth Development Center
FAY Center
At The Fay Center, we are committed to enriching lives and providing valuable services to our community. Our Out of School Center offers a wide range of programs and resources designed to cater to the diverse needs of individuals at every stage of life.
Transportation Services: We make it easier for students to access education by providing transportation services to several local schools, including Willow Lake Elementary, Greenbriar Elementary, Crooked Creek Elementary, Eastbrook Elementary, Fox Hill Elementary, Central Elementary, Snack Crossing Elementary, St. Monica Catholic, Global Prep Academy, Guion Creek Elementary/Middle, West Lane Middle, Lincoln Middle, and Riverside High.
Mental Health Work: We prioritize mental health and well-being. Our "tea time conversations" for children aged 6-12 and guided mental health discussions for teenagers help build emotional resilience.
Summer Programs: Our K-8th grade summer program is packed with fun and creative outdoor activities, outdoor games, swimming lessons, weekly field trips, and Indy Summer Learning Labs. We are proud that a majority of our FLIP teens graduate from high school and move on to secondary education.
Enrichment Activities: At The Fay Center, we offer a rich array of activities. Students can explore art expression, engineering concepts, educational field trips, foreign language (Spanish), tutoring, math and science concepts, and technology lessons. Beyond academics, students can learn to swim, ride horseback, and participate in 4-H, Boys and Girls Scouts, and cooking classes.
Community Enrichment: Throughout the year, our students participate in various community enrichment activities, including swimming, scouting, coding classes, woodworking, and more.
Join us at The Fay Center as we continue to enrich lives and empower our community.
