Welcome to Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center
At FBGNC, we have adopted the "Family Campus" model, focusing on improving lives from cradle to Recycled Teenager (infant to senior) through intergenerational engagement, health, diversity, and programs for all ages.
Our Family Campus offers dual-language childcare curriculum, Spanish as a second language for adults, and community diversity fairs. We aim to enhance our current programs and involve more participants from the Crooked Creek area, collaborating with organizations to improve residents' quality of life. At FBGNC, we stand with our community, advocating for every voice to be protected, heard, and seen. We strive for equal access to education, housing, healthcare, peace, and justice, recognizing that every aspect of our lives matters.
FBGNC serves residents between I-465 on the North and West, 38th Street to the South, and Spring Mill/White River to the East.

The mission of the Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center (FBGNC) is to:
Equip our neighbors to achieve fulfilling and prosperous lives
Unify and strengthen our diverse community
Amplify the rich assets that make our neighborhood unique
-
Our vision is simple, thriving together. We foster a unified inclusive community that embraces and celebrates diversity. We accomplish this by amplifying the rich assets of our residents by providing innovative programs and services that empower individuals and families, strengthen connections, and enhance the overall well-being of the North side of Indianapolis. Through collaboration, compassion, and dedication, we strive to uplift every voice and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to succeed and flourish.
-
Our goal is to serve the most vulnerable members of our community, specifically ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) families. These hardworking individuals and families, despite being employed, struggle to make ends meet due to systemic, generational, and complex barriers.
-
Fay Biccard Neighborhood Center serves diverse communities large and small with integrity, competence, respect for human relationships, respect for the inherent dignity and worth of all people, and a commitment to promoting social justice. We can only meet these goals by caring about our best resources: our staff, members and volunteers.
Fay Biccard Neighborhood Center’s commitment to diversity is rooted in our belief that creating a truly diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is ethical. We are dedicated to becoming a true leader in attracting and retaining diverse talent, creating and supporting an environment based on policies and practices that foster a true sense of inclusion and belonging.
Our strength comes from our diversity and we celebrate the visible and invisible qualities that make each person unique, including race, gender, age, sexuality, ability, religion, national origin, gender identity, and other identities.
All employees will be given help and encouragement to develop their full potential and utilize their unique talents. Therefore, the skills and resources of our organization will be fully utilized and we will maximize the efficiency of our whole workforce.
