Patient Access Specialist Program
Programa de Acceso Especial para Pacientes

IUPUI and Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center are partnering to bring you Patient Access certification. The Patient Access Specialist Program is a 30-hour, fast-track program designed to prepare individuals for multiple, entry-level opportunities available in hospital patient access areas. Classes start in September.

Breastfeeding Support Program & Drop-In Clinic
The Fay Biccard Glick Neighborhood Center is teaming up with the Indiana Black Breastfeeding Coalition to introduce two much-needed programs for young mothers in the Indianapolis area.

The Breastfeeding Class & Support Group is being held on the first and third Saturdays of each month at their location, while the Drop-In Clinic will be at the FBGNC on the first and third Thursdays of each month.

The Dynamic Eating And Living Program is a nutrution education workshop designed through a 12 week course including cooking lessons, budgeting tips, extreme couponing, and shopping field trips.

D.E.A.L utilizes the Nutrition Education Program as the curriculum from the Purdue Extensions. Our goal is to assist participants to achieve a healthier lifestyle through encouragement and education.

So, #HeresTheDeal: weekly fieldtrips, free set of pots, pans and utensils, $25 worth of groceries, and fresh produce from FBGNC Garden. How can you pass that up?

The D.E.A.L Program will be held weekly at the Fay Biccard Neighborhood Center at 2990 W. 71 Street. Indianapolis, IN 46268.
